I ordered these originally in the S/M per the specs on the website. When I tried them on, they fit but my fingertips were right at the top. I decided to exchange for the L/XL and they fit a bit better. They are a little large on me, but I'd rather have that then have them too small. The exchange process was quick and easy btw. These are soft inside and out, the cuffs are a bit fitted/snug which I love because I know they won't be sliding off all the time. My only issue is I can't wear them with my Apple watch and my main winter jacket. But that is a "me" problem, not the mittens fault, just a general heads up. My watch lines up perfectly with the cuff so it makes the cuff thicker. They match my Harry Potter hat I bought last year from here perfectly. I feel content having a set that actually matches.

Theses were a Christmas gift. My daughter in law loved them. However, I ordered S/M. I made an exchange immediately for a large and lost the discount I had on my previous order. Not pleased.
