Children's Oncology Group Foundation

Children's Oncology Group Foundation became our first international partner in November of 2017 when we expanded our giving efforts worldwide. Each year, over 15,000 children are diagnosed with cancer in the United States alone. Children’s Oncology Group is the world’s largest organization devoted exclusively to childhood and adolescent cancer research. Their goal is to cure all pediatric cancer patients, reduce the short and long term complications of current cancer treatments and determine the causes behind it.

We are proud to continue supporting Children's Oncology Group this year with a gift of $25,000, which will continue to support their program, Project: Every Child, through 2021. This program links biological data to clinical data on a global scale, leading to more therapies, prevention, earlier detection, and reductions in early and late effects of treatment in children. Our funding this year will support current and upcoming clinical trials for treatments related to childhood cancers. Approximately 20 children enroll in Project: Every Child every day, and more than 30,000 have enrolled in total so far.

In previous years, our funding was used to grow enrollment internationally in Project: Every Child, which resulted in 403 enrollments, 100% of which were non-United States patients.
