What if the item I want is out of stock?

We will have many releases that are also likely to sell out quickly. We will do our best to keep you all informed about the schedule and timing of new products coming out or highly demanded products returning. The best way to stay up-to-date is by following Love Your Melon on social media, subscribing to our email communications on our website and by signing up for back-in-stock notifications for products that you are interested in purchasing. Is Black Friday - Cyber Monday available to international customers?

Yes. All releases are available to our international customers. Please see the shipping information for your lead times.

How will the % discount be applied?

The discount is automatically applied at checkout.

Will I be able to use a discount code?

All discount codes will be disabled during the Black Friday - Cyber Monday Promotions

What happens after I place my order?

You will receive a confirmation email and our team will start working to put your order together! If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please visit our Contact Us page here. It may take up to 3-4 business days for your order to be shipped out due to the high volume of orders that occur during Black Friday - Cyber Monday. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that some orders will be shipped in separate packages with multiple tracking numbers. Once my order is placed, can I make any changes?

Once an order has been placed, you will have 30 minutes to edit items or change your shipping address on the order confirmation page. If you miss this time frame, we will not be able to make the changes for you, in order to meet shipping expectations.

Can I combine shipping on two or more orders?

Once orders have been placed, we cannot combine orders or shipping costs.

What is your Return/Exchange Policy for Cyber Monday - Black Friday?

Returns for any product purchased at a discount, including items purchased during the Black Friday-Cyber Monday sale period, are only eligible for store credit or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Please visit if you have any questions.

Will the Love Your Melon Studio be open during Black Friday - Cyber Monday?

No, the Studio will not be open. Stay tuned to our social media accounts for future openings and events.

Will you offer Expedited Shipping?

Yes it will be available, but it won’t be free.

What if an item in my cart sells out?

Items in your cart are not reserved. If an item sells out we are unable to guarantee if/when it will be restocked due to the unique manufacturing process behind each product. Therefore, we suggest placing your order as soon as possible!

Is there a minimum order size?

No, you can purchase as many or as few items as you want during Cyber Monday - Black Friday.

My tracking says delivered but I have yet to receive my order.

Typically, your order will still arrive in the next 48 hours. We also suggest contacting your neighbors or your building's front office (if applicable) to see if it was accidentally delivered to them. If it does not show up within that time frame, please reach out to us here!

If I purchased my LYM merchandise at a wholesale retailer, can I return to LYM?

No, all sales through wholesale retailers must be returned through that storefront.

If/when we do offer promotions or discounts, they will be announced on our social media pages. Please stay tuned!

Do you offer gift wrapping?

At this time, we do not have the option for gift wrapping orders.

Can you put a gift receipt with my order?

We do not offer gift receipts at this time. However, the price does not show on your order slip!
