Stand Up to Cancer

Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C) is a nonprofit organization that funds research to develop the newest and most promising cancer treatments to help patients all over the world. By connecting the top scientists and researchers together, they are accelerating the rate of new discoveries in cancer prevention, diagnosis, and treatment with a common goal of making all cancer patients long-term survivors.⁣ ⁣

Love Your Melon is proud to support Stand Up to Cancer this year with a $25,000 gift, which will directly support SU2C’s pediatric cancer research. SU2C’s innovative research focuses on developing new, effective immunotherapies and precision therapies for childhood cancers. SU2C research has already helped to develop two new treatments for difficult to treat leukemias in children and young adults, now approved by the FDA.⁣ ⁣
