Q:I received a beanie as a gift and love it but it’s way too big for my head. I can’t get it to stay on. Is there any way to shrink it?

You may wash it and it should shrink a bit! Be sure to use the washing instructions inside the beanie!

Q:I purchased a Pom beanie and when it arrived I was surprised to see it was cuffed. The description of the Pom beanies does not include this information. I still love my cuffed beanie. I also ordered a double Pom beanie for my daughter. It has not arrived yet but, I still would had liked to know it would be cuffed prior to purchase. I have purchased many hats and communicated frequently with your company. I will continue to do this purchase hats because you are very responsive and sell a beautiful product.
