This is a great beanie and this dark red color is beautiful! I’ve been buying LYM beanies for a couple of years now. I probably have around 20 or so, I also give them as gifts. And while the cotton ones are prettier, I’ve discovered that the acrylic ones fit better and are more comfortable for me. The cotton ones tend to stretch and I have to wash and dry them after two wears just to shrink them back down to a good fit. But the acrylic ones hold their shape better, are always tight enough to not feel as if they are going to fall off, and I’m not constantly having to shrink them in the dryer. I love LYM and will always support them because I appreciate the charity work for children. I wish there was a wider variety of acrylic choices!
