We are having one of our biggest promotions of the year to make room for upcoming spring and summer products and allow our consumers to get more of the items they love! Our Buy One, Get One Day promotion will run from 12:00 a.m. CT until 11:59 p.m. CT on Monday, March 12th.
Here’s how the promotion works:
1. Place at least two (2) items in your cart
2. The lowest priced item(s) will automatically be reduced to $0
3. Example: If you order two (2) $50 sweatshirts and two (2) $30 beanies, you will receive one of the sweatshirts and one of the beanies at no cost
4. Ensure that you have an even number of items in your cart to receive the discount
What is included?
Almost all of our products are included in the promotion! Any excluded items will be removed from our website on the day of the promotion.
Do both items have to be the same?
No. You can mix and match items and the free item(s) will be the lowest priced item(s) in your cart. See example under "Here's how the promotion works."

Can I reserve items by placing them in my cart?
Items in your cart are not reserved, and will only receive the promotional discount if they are added to your cart after 12:00 a.m. CT on Monday, March 12th. Therefore, we suggest placing your order as soon as possible once the promotion begins.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
Some products sell out faster than anticipated, so we suggest signing up for a restock notification as select items may be restocked throughout the day. However, we cannot make any guarantees.
How to sign up for a restock notification:
1. Click the "More Details" tab on your desired product
2. Select "Email Me When Available"
3. Enter your email to receive a restock notification
Can I combine shipping on two or more orders?
We cannot combine orders or refund shipping costs if you place multiple orders.
Is the promotion available to international customers?
Yes! Our promotion is available to international customers in the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
What happens after I place my order?
You will receive a confirmation email and our team will start working to put your order together! If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please visit our Contact Us page here. It may take up to 3-4 days for your order to be shipped out due to the high volume of orders we are expecting.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that some orders will be shipped in separate packages with multiple tracking numbers.
- United States: USPS Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- International: DHL eCommerce (7-21 business days)
Once my order is placed, can I make any changes?
We are not able to make any changes to items in your cart after your order is placed.
What is your return/exchange policy?
All items purchased on Buy One, Get One day are final sale. Exceptions will only be made if there is a manufacturing defect.
