The Max Cure Foundation

The Max Cure Foundation provides financial support to families battling childhood cancer while also supporting research and raising awareness. The organization was created by the Plotkin family after their son Max was diagnosed with cancer the day before his fourth birthday. Max is now a ten-year cancer survivor, but the family continues to dedicate their lives towards the fight against childhood cancer.

Love Your Melon is proud to have given $50,000 to the Max Cure Foundation and their Roar Beyond Barriers Program, which provided a full year of financial support for 10 families battling pediatric cancer. Each Love Your Melon family received monthly support to cover basic necessities from food and clothing to school supplies and funding for travel or emergencies. Additionally, Love Your Melon provided funds to military and law enforcement families who had a child battling cancer.
