Pinky Swear Foundation

Pinky Swear Foundation was founded on a pinky swear promise as a dying wish between a nine-year-old boy and his father to help children battling cancer and their families by providing support for immediate basic needs and unique family programs. Today, the Pinky Swear Foundation remains committed to supporting families with non-medical financial needs and quality of life programs during the difficulties of cancer treatment.

As a longtime partner, we have supported the Pinky Swear Foundation for the 8th year in a row, now with over $1 million given. In the past our funding has supported the Orange Envelope Program, which provides care packages including gift cards and resource guides for families with children newly diagnosed with cancer.

This year, Love Your Melon funding supports the All-Star Fund which eases the financial impact of cancer through rent and mortgage payments, auto payments, money for gas and groceries and more! Parents may plan for retirement or for their child’s education, but no one plans for cancer. Along with the unexpected and increased medical expenses, parents often need to significantly reduce work hours or even leave a job to be with and care for a sick child. The All-Star Fund is here to help so parents can focus on what matters most – the health of their child.
