Who is your shipping carrier?
It depends on the weight of your order.
• 1-15 pounds - DHL/USPS
• 15+ pounds - FedEx Ground
*If you're shipping to a PO box, FedEx will not deliver your package. Please notify your account manager.
When can I expect my items to be delivered?
Orders are delivered within 5-7 business days from the time the order was placed. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
I received a defective product, what should I do?
Please take a picture of the defective product(s) and send the photo to your wholesale account manager. They will ensure you receive a new product(s) or full refund.
Can I return my wholesale order?
No, we do not accept returns unless it is a defective product. Please contact your wholesale account manager if you would like ideas or marketing material to help sell your remaining product.

Can I create a custom patch on a Love Your Melon beanie?
This is an option if you meet our custom program requirements. There is a 200 unit minimum and 4-6 week lead time. If you would like more information, please visit our Custom Program page.
What is the Love Your Melon Fund?
The Love Your Melon Fund is powered by the Giving Back Fund to maximize our impact in the lives of children battling cancer. Fifty percent (50%) of profit from the sale of all Love Your Melon products is given to the Love Your Melon Fund to support our nonprofit partners, create therapeutic experiences, and fund charitable programming initiatives.
