United StatesPretty headband, but my protective bag was cut up
I loved my headband, I have been ordering from this company for awhile, and I always keep my items in the Protective bag they send, it is one of the things I love about this company. This time, when my headband came, it turns out my protective bag was sliced(thank goodness my headband was on bottom left), Because this company is not going to replace it, I no longer have a nice protective ziplock bag to use it to keep it clean and organize. Yes, I can just use a Ziplock...but I just love my things organized.
