First time ordering from Love your Melon. When I received my hat the logo was upside down. Tried to reorder the same hat but not available. Ordered the black one and it's cute but tight and not the one I wanted. If they mess up, they should be able to send out the same hat.
United StatesRuns very big - really loose on my head (which isn't small) and falls. Pom makes the hat heavy. Other than hat material is comfortable and warm.

These are very well-made, trendy products. Love my hat, and I’m most excited that the pom detaches in such an efficient, hidden way so I’m able to wear the hat with or without it. The pom feels a bit heavy, so I’ll likely wear it some of the time, but it’s especially cute for outdoor wear.

At first I thought it was just a fluke the actual inches are over an inch larger than list laying flat that’s at least 2 when worn but I’ve tried to return but the path to do so it’s easy. I just want to exchange it
