Love Your Melon BOGO Day
BOGO Day is our best and biggest deal of the year! The Buy One, Get One promotion will feature the most product availability ever shown on our website. It all starts at 11 pm Central Time on March 8th, 2020. Those that sign up below will gain access one hour before anyone else. Products will sell out quickly.


Here’s how the promotion works:
1. Place at least two (2) items in your cart.
2. Each of the next sequential lowest priced item(s) will automatically be reduced to $0.
Example 1: If you order two (2) $50 sweatshirts and two (2) $30 beanies, you will receive one of the sweatshirts and one of the beanies at no cost.
Example 2: If you order two (2) $45 pom beanies, you will receive one (1) of the pom beanies at no cost.
3. Ensure that you have an even number of items in your cart to receive the Buy One, Get One promotion.


What is included?
All products on our website are included in the promotion! We have over 2,200 products for you to choose from during Buy One, Get One Day and product will be available until they run out.


Do both items have to be the same?
No. You can mix and match as many items as you'd like. The free item(s) will be the next sequential lowest priced item(s) in your cart. See the example under Here's how the promotion works: section above.


What is Early Access?
Sign up for Early Access above between March 3rd and March 8th to receive early access to our Buy One, Get One Day promotion. By signing up, you will receive a password that will gain you access to all products available during BOGO one hour earlier than the general public. This means you’ll be able to start shopping at 10PM CT on March 8th instead of 11PM CT.


Can I reserve items by placing them in my cart?
This year, our website will be shut down starting Tuesday, March 3rd at 11AM CT until Sunday, March 8th at 11PM CT so that our team can prepare for Buy One, Get One Day. You will not be able to start your cart early and items in your cart are not reserved.

We recommend that you sign up for Early Access by entering your email above between March 3rd and March 8th! Early Access will provide you access to shop at 10PM CT (1 hour earlier than the public), which means you get a first look and chance to buy the products available during BOGO.


What if the item I want is out of stock?
Some products sell out faster than anticipated, so we suggest signing up for a restock notification as select items may be restocked throughout our Buy One, Get One Day promotion. However, we cannot make any guarantees.


Can I use a discount code on BOGO Day?
No. All discount codes will be disabled during the promotional period. However, you can still use Love Your Melon gift cards.


Can I combine shipping on two or more orders?
We cannot combine orders or refund shipping costs if you place multiple orders.


Is the promotion available to international customers?
Yes! Our promotion is available to international customers as well, but international shipping rates will apply.


What happens after I place my order?
You will receive a confirmation email and our team will start to put your order together! If you don’t receive a confirmation email within an hour of placing your order, please visit our Contact Us page here so that our team can better assist you.

Please note, it may take up to 3-5 days for your order to be shipped out due to the high volume of orders we are expecting through this promotional period. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that some orders will be shipped in separate packages with multiple tracking numbers.


How long does shipping take?
During Buy One, Get One, we will only be offering standard shipping methods for domestic and international orders. Expedited shipping will be disabled during the promotional period as we expect a high volume of orders.

Please note that the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and will depend on the shipping country and the weight of the order. Due to the higher volume of orders expected during our Buy One, Get One period, your order may take up to 3-5 days to ship.


Once my order is placed, can I make any changes?
We are not able to add, exchange, or remove items in your cart after your order is placed. If you have made a mistake on your order or address, we recommend cancelling your order and placing a new order with corrections. However, we cannot guarantee the items in your original order will still be in stock.


Can I cancel my order?
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. At this point, you can click on the ‘View My Order Status’ button to cancel your order, if desired. However, you can only cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing.


Can I exchange or return items from BOGO?
All items purchased during our Buy One Get One Day promotion period are final sale. Exceptions will only be made if there is evidence of a manufacturing defect.
