We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and offer express payment options through Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
We offer standard shipping through our partner DHL, which uses USPS for final delivery. You will be sent a tracking number when your order ships.

Shipping is based on location. Put items into your cart and enter your address at checkout to get a shipping quote.

We are expecting large order volume around the time of relaunch and will be doing our best to get everything out quickly. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and leave our warehouse though we will do all that we can to make it faster!

Please do everything to get your order right. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, it can be cancelled. Products in your order may not be back in stock when you reorder once cancelled. We are expecting high order volume around the relaunch and products may be sold out. Email care@lym.com right away and we will take care of cancelled orders as high priority requests.
If we are shipping to an address within the United States, orders are usually delivered within 7-10 business days from the time the order was placed. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as the order ships.
Note: During the relaunch, new product launches and the holidays, the shipping time may be extended.

If you received an incorrect item and don’t want it, email care@lym.com and we will send you the correct product. If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will replace it with another product or refund you for the cost you paid.
This may happen, we are a small family business working to bring LYM back but the process of bringing back a company this large and this quick isn’t going to be perfect. If we oversell an item and we don’t have one to send you, we will work on making you a new one if we can. If we can’t make a new product to match what you ordered, we will refund you for the cost of the out of stock item and send you a similar product on us. Email us at care@lym.com if this happens.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and exchanges for in stock items up to 14 days after your order has been delivered. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost back to our warehouse. For exchanged products, we will cover the shipping cost for the new products being shipped to you. Email care@lym.com to get started with your order number and the shipping zip code associated with your original order.

Once your order has been placed, we cannot add or edit item(s). If you change your mind about an item, you have to cancel your entire order and place a new one with your desired items.

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The cost to ship items back to our warehouse for exchange is on you and we will cover the cost to ship the new items for your exchange back. Email care@lym.com to get started with an exchange. Send us your order number and the shipping zip code from the original order in your email.
