Love the Beanie
This is the 5th LYM hat I have purchased, and they have all been very good quality. This is the third I have purchased for an exchange student that we will be hosting. The other two loved their LYM beanies. This student doesn't arrive until August, so I haven't met her, and don't know how to rate the following info. I will just assume all will be perfect.
Softness vs stiffness
This is a gift for my friend who is undergoing treatment. I was really hoping the yarn fibers would have been dreamy soft for bare heads but it felt a bit stiff for my liking. I think my friend is happy & grateful to have anything.
Hat Was Way Too Big
I love the color and the quality, but the hat is way too big on me. I wish that a new hat could be sent to me.
I have not received my items
Would love to review the items I ordered but I have not received them. I have been in touch with your customer service and at this point in time I am rather disappointed in this whole process. I have told them the address was not correct However the item already shipped to the incorrect address. I have told them I have not received the item they asked if I thought I might get it even with the wrong address on it. I told them I didn’t think so. Still no response. No impressed at all. I will be more than happy to write a bad review online for your brand.
