My original order never made it to my doorstep and they immediately refunded the shipping and gave me a credit to purchase the item again. Unfortunately they were out of my size and I had to get something else but it wasn’t tbeyre fault.

Many reviews said to size up, I ordered an XL. It made the sweater look big, boxy and unflattering. I could not return or exchange because I bought it on sale. I also expected this sweater to be softer and cozier than it was. I am a little disappointed.
